The product I'm interested in is sold out. Can I still get it?
If something is sold out on the site and you really need it – contact us directly and we'll see what we can do!

Exchange and return?
You have 14 days to exchange or return a product.
Please note that "made to order" and "personalized" products are not returnable or exchangeable . Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. Return shipments should be sent to the address you will receive from us by email.

Which couriers do you use?
In Poland, we use the services of InPost and Olen Paczka. When making a purchase, you can decide what you prefer, you can also add the parcel locker number to which you want us to send your order. If you do not do this, the system will choose the parcel locker closest to the shipping address.

Do you make products to order?
Yes! We love your individual orders, we can do everything to suit your wedding or hen party theme. Remember that personalization requires additional time and may involve additional costs. The personalization service is additionally paid, we price it individually depending on the project.
