OVERLOVE STORIES Online Store Regulations (06.01.2024)
§ 1. General provisions
- The OVERLOVE STORIES online store, registered by Magdalena Nowak, NIP number 9542734708, REGON number 528682947, is operated at www.overlovestories.com .
- The Customer may contact the Seller via e-mail, writing to the following address: contact@overlovestories.com .
- The Store sells goods in Poland, and all prices are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
§ 2. Payment methods
- Customers can pay for purchases in the Store using the following methods:
- The store accepts card payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
§ 3. Rules for using the Store
- The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of generally applicable law, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with good manners.
- The provision of illegal content by the Customer is prohibited.
- The prices of Goods available in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross values (they include all mandatory price components, including the applicable VAT).
- The Buyer may purchase Goods both after creating an Account and without creating one. In the event of creating an Account, the Buyer should log in to it before starting to shop.
§ 4. Order fulfillment and delivery of goods
- Orders are fulfilled after payment has been credited to the Seller's account.
- The order processing time is usually from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the availability of the Goods. Details regarding the delivery time are provided when placing the order.
- The buyer has the option to choose the shipping provider from the following options: Olen Paczka or InPost Paczka .
- If the Buyer wishes to use another courier, he/she is obliged to contact the Seller before making the purchase by sending an e-mail to contact@overlovestories.com .
- The costs of shipping the Goods are borne by the Buyer, who pays them simultaneously with the payment for the Goods.
- The Seller is obligated to deliver to the Buyer the Goods in accordance with the concluded sales contract.
- Goods delivered to the Buyer must be in intact condition.
- If the Goods are delivered by courier, the Buyer should check the Goods in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the package, the Buyer should write a damage report and contact the Seller immediately.
§ 5. Complaints and returns
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.
- Goods must be returned intact, in original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
- Complaints regarding the defectiveness of the Goods will be considered in accordance with the provisions on warranty for defects.
§ 6. Protection of personal data
- The Store collects and processes personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.
- Detailed information on the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy, which is available on the Store's website.
§ 7. Final provisions
- The Regulations are effective from the moment of their publication on the Store's website.
- The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to the Regulations, which will be effective after the updated version is published on the Store's website.
