Item I want is sold out. Can I still get it?
If something is sold out on the website and you need it, please contact us directly, and we will see what can be done.
Exchange and refund?
You have 14 days to exchange or refund your item. Please note “made to order” and “personalised” items can’t be refunded or exchanged. Please note that shipping costs are covered by the buyers. You can send back your items to the address which you will receive in your email.
What delivery service do you use?
Within Poland, we use InPost services, and across European countries, we use DPD.
How to take care of your clothing?
Our clothing is made from delicate fabrics sourced in Poland, and you can find the name of the material listed on the product's side or inside label. We do recommend cold wash.
Do you personalized items?
We can add an embroidered element to your items with an additional charge. However, please bear in mind that it takes extra time. If you require this service, please drop us an email before making your purchase, and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
Do you offer made-to-order products?
If you feel like our colour scheme doesn't align with your vision, we can customize your items with different fabric colours or feathers. Please send us a message for further information. Please bear in mind that this customization process requires additional time and may incur extra costs.
Can I add gift message to my purchase?
We can add a customized gift message of your choice. Please send us a message after your purchase to provide the details.
